Our team is looking for a Software Developer - experienced with SQL, PL/SQL, with Crystal Reports/OBIEE designing, JavaScript, and AJAX. Employment Type: Contract Duration: 30 Months Job Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid) Responsibilities Include:

Working with the Agency representatives to develop report specifications and understand Agency business rules.
Write complex SQL, PL/SQL, Packages and Triggers against an enterprise Oracle database.
Performance tuning report SQL/PLSQL to improve efficiency.
Ability to perform data analysis and root-cause analysis.
Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports/OBIEE.
Configure Crystal Reports/OBIEE reports in the System.
Developing applications in .Net.
Provide knowledge transfer to Agency report developers.
Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Work as a peer with other developers.
Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.
Providing Application support and being on call as required.

Experience Requirements:

72 Months of Experience writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, Packages and Triggers against an enterprise Oracle database.
72 Months of Experience performance tuning complex SQL/PL SQL against an enterprise Oracle database, data analysis and root cause analysis.
72 Months of Experience with Crystal Reports/OBIEE designing, developing, reporting with Oracle back-end, testing and deploying.
72 Months of development experience in web services/API via SOAP/REST, with familiarity in XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and WSDLs.
60 Months of Experience working with stake holders to determine reporting specifications.
60 Months of Web Development experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
